WTF gone wrong with ko an archer beating a sin to even have a topic seems weird, what magical things have happend since i last played, have archer got somekinda nuclear arrow? The combo thing i doubt changed them this much please enlighten me im curious on how archers work now

archer skills 60+ :


ice arrow->can slow (6 secs cd or so)
light arrow -> can stun (same cd)
blinding arrow -> can blind hurr (50:50 at best, it might not blind. 1 min cd)
power shot -> nuke that hits for like 1k-2k on buffed people (1min cd)

archers can now animation cancel. instead of doing the whole pull arrow, put it on bow and shoot, you can cancel the animation as soon as you put up your bow.

this might make it seem like someone is hacking.

now, when you use the same animation cancelling with arrow shower... its a lot of damage man.

but then again the usual (and often a coward thing to do) counter is sliding.

S-R combo helps but if you dont kill the archer fast enough then you're going to have trouble (works both ways, archer needs to also have damage lol)

even if its a bug, i like that archers can combo. it added depth to a very boring and unrewarding class.

That would be a matter of choice.

Archers still have the option of shooting from afar.
Otherwise they'd be assassins who use arrows instead of daggers.

Too bad they didn't use arrow shower when people came close, they ran away and died 1 by 1

ontopic : I think it depends all about skills, enought skilled sin will win archer in vs atleast using w-s combo. With sin 2-3 arrow will only hit and it should not be imposible to out minor/hp pot.

I think in party pk archers are better, styx and blocking priests heals will give big advantage.
