Death in Chaos.. No Confirm Button..

Ko pwned me once again.. I was in chaos and i died 1 time.. no confirm button was to see..
So i relogged.. with the hope it changes.. But guess what? Nothing -.-

Anyone knows what to do?

Whenever i had that bug in arena relogging didn't seem to work.
What did work for me was: leave KO on, go do something else and check every ~5minutes untill a confirm button has popped up

edit: maybe this is what that unstuck button at F10 is for

I had a sort-like problem in cz, I logged into cz, got townspiked (lol) and there pop a confirm button either, I just relogged, waited a few mins and got it working again.
I think you will just have to wait a while like TNM says and try again later.

Good.. But it happened yesterday..

when it happened to me i just needed tp relog and wait like 5min and then their came the button

This happens when u try logging in to one server and get server is full warning and you log to another. Even if u think u are in game k2 is not gonna let you play
