Those merch are for buying not selling.
As far as speedy release, yes. There were tons of bugs in beta that weren't fixed the last day of beta.
The 21rb items are only on buing merchants(ull learn) and they havent had xtrap for a few weeks now, I noticed because I have a shortcut on my mouse, and I couldnt use it while xtrap was running, but now I can.

ares had +21s for a long time your just now noticing... k2 went from a few +9's are acceptable its an old server to full +10 on each character in your entire clan is acceptable in like a month... if you would have looked at kok you would have seen how many +10's there are.
