As many said before me, if you don't like this game, DON'T PLAY IT.
K2 will never change, doesn't matter what game they choose to run.
If it's KO that is full with cheaters, "db hackers", macroers, if it's Warrock that is ALREADY full with cheaters and probably every other game K2 will choose to run.
NO ONE forcing you to pay or play this game, so what's your point with your lame "demands"?

Depends on the provider, but i believe most of them have other ranges, for example their biggest provider, Turk Telekom has the 212.xxx and Telsim has 217.xxx.
