    No, you don't need to quit clan to NCS.

    it's my understanding that you had to quit your clan in order to do this in the past, but since the addition of the new clan ranking system and being able to donate nps they changed it so that you didn't have to drop your clan in order to name change.

    just renamed yesterday while my char donated 1.1m to clan and nothing went wrong and i was still in clan so it secure ^_^
