u can actually enter RLB before lvl 60, friend of mine going in on his lvl 50 something DCZ priest to pk with his friends who are 60+ D: so id say 35-59 35-69 and 35-83 lol
not only playing ..... but paying also lolIts getting repetitive, I mean every time one persons ask "hey I want to come back whats up with KO" most ppl start saying "dont come back, the game is crap, etc..." while they are still playing, don't they ?
