this is either corruption (somebody doesnt like you) or a mistake made by k2 which they will never admit happened. sending tickets from the banned account is useless if you even want them to READ your tickets you have to make a new account and send tickets while having the 3 days of free bronze premium. many of my friends have quit this game after being banned in a similar fashion so if your going to try to get your account back i wish you the best of luck
