Better Business Bureau. It&#39;s a Non-profit organization in the states that rate companies based on consumer complaints. Keeping the rating high is important for the business because investors look at that before investing in the company. A few years back K2 was losing investors because it had a "F" rating and they have been working hard to improve it.

Sending a complaint to the company does work because if K2 ignores it, it can directly effect the score. Each reported case is important. The only downfall is K2 can ussually fall back on the TOS and you wont get shit done.
