Banned while merchanting too. Dunno why, never use any cheat. Many my friends happend the same, they just have open merch and got banned. I have ban on my naked warrior which i use only for merching....on the same acc is nothink more, warrior is lvl 59, so i never can do anythink bad on this acc...
And on the official page i cant find, whyn iam banned. Someone can? On support they write, that this information supose to be on "My KOL", but i see nothink. And i look by all browsers: Mozzila, Chrome and IE too.
Someone can give me advice?

Well seriously .. I don't use any of above mentioned programs. I have ban on two of my computers while merchanting in moradon......

Draven, i gotta say that thats it is probably with all anti-virusses the same.

As people mentioned above, try puttin

KnightOnline as safe process,
or disable the auto scans.
Or just uninstall the virus scanner.

Its not a full time ban that is for sure,

And at the moment I let my warrior merch last night there was no anti-virus active.
Some guy mentioned at 3AM GMT+1 it happened to him, and its a very good possibility it also happened to me at that time (twice ffs)!

i got Blocked aswell just for merchanting puttet it up this morning here like 7 hours ago i come back from school and it had DC.

it doesn´t saying im banned when logged in knightolineworld.com
it also says my KC = -1116 :S

Some antiviruses can be a pain in the ass to disable, even thought they're not in the tray they can still be running.
open the task manager and check for processes that might be related to the antivirus, and then cancel them.

that doesn't make sence, it shouldnt block ur account :S
or ko think mcafee, norton, nod32 or any other is a hacking program but then whole ko will be dead except for the turks sicne they are their own VIRUS....
