I've been sending e-mails and calling K2 for a week now, because they have misconfigured the SSL certificate for their web site. Their CA (certifying authority) issues end-user certificates through an Intermediate Certifying Authority and not directly from the CA Root Authority.
This is why most, if not all, users receive a security warning when viewing any web page from www.knightonlineworld.com over a secure (SSL) connection.
K2 hasn't responded to my e-mails or phone calls, but there are details from their SSL provider at the following link to help them configure their web server and install the Intermediate certificate correctly. If someone could pass this along to them, it would resolve a big hassle for many of us.
