Has Anyone actualy bought 1 and used it?
soo many people say selling cypher ring on forums (or is just for show?)

i justed one just today , its awsome , they go for 75 usd or 15-20 gb per one case only in turkish selling

yea denied sold cypher ring.

used 4 Cypher rings so far and they r damn awesome and u can move ur char to another account safely

but the problem is that u have to have Gold/Plat premmy in both accounts old and new to be able to seal char and unseal him later in new acc.

and insure u char is empty of any items and specially in bags to be able to seal him and it can only be done in server 2

You don't need "premmy" to unseal the cypher ring!! I did it last night without it!
