No, they don't drop anymore and anyone that has one usually keeps quite tight-lipped about it... rightly so. I don't even wanna think what some people would pay for those in usd.

Isillion was dropping them but no-more drop....
That "Hyper Healing" ability is something very usefull, it doubles the heal u take... For example a priest heals you with 1920, u are healed 1920x2=3840... So it is very very good
