well not all people can do boss hunts and not all people can make HP potions

so i excluded those two

this depends also on the lvl u are,for a 70+ char works fine the eslant dungeon,everyday 2 times means like 8-12 gems if u are lucky... 1 week means like 50-60 gems,turn them all in and ull get 3+ uniques at least,sell them and buy ur pots,scrolls for farming

looting all drops from monster?
because, i loot drops from monsters, even the crappy ones.. give me 10-20k.. each one.. fill up 10-20 slots in my inventory.. voila a few hundred K.

You forgot farming Abyss FallenAngles for Abyss Blessings, me and a friend got 25 blessings and 5 shell gaunts in 3 hours of farming and sold all for 8m and split between bothof us, that gave us back the pots+some since i only used like 600 pots total lvl 75 warrior ftw

the best way is buying low selling high but the easiest way is babashop.. to bad i cant afford to babashop or id be using in-ib instead of wp and bronze belt....
