MS question (monster stone)

Hi,
I got a few MS and put them in use right away.So I found something new there. The first time it was a big chest near NPC and the second time it was Lobo. I was trying to attack them but nothing happened. Any1 know what is this?

I know that but all the time I got there I saw a different mob or a chest

at a certain level, and maybe for certain classes, you will get chests instead of mobs to attack, i don't believe they drop anything more than mobs though

Enchanter is bugged, he appears as various monsters.

its only visual bug
