I thought energy rocks were still "illegal" (can't get banned but if reported or w/e will get energy rock wiped and "punished") and if you can prove someone has one, report them.

At around 40 rage frags, 20 sloth and 5 ego turned in, got a foverin a shio and an elysium so far... and about 30 nightmares
