BIG PROBLEM! CANT DELET KO!

PLS HELP I TRYED FROM THE CONTRON PANNEL AND THE KO UNSTALL OPTION BUT WHEN I CLICK REMOVE OR DELETE it says:

The Instashild lengin (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.
No such interface supported.

a. keep it that way
b. try reinstalling ko, then uninstall it through control panel.

I know a definite way;

START>RUN

type in cmd

type in "format C"

Press Y KEEP PRESSING Y until eventually it will say KO has successfully been uninstalled.

Simply reboot computer and let us know how you have done.

wierd didnt work >< i put in cmd then format C but it said format c invalid drive and and where do i press Y ?
