    Default Blocked,Fraud Payement

    My mage has been blocked due to a fraud payement of silver premium on august.
    I have my warrior's uniques there and a lot of good shit,is there anyway to fix this?
    Is that kind of blockement temporarrily or i am blocked forever?I mean can i pay that 19.95$ to get this account unblocked?
