Is Blooding skill for lvl 75 warrior spamable?

ok...when we have a skill that hits you for 100% and then stealths us.... blooding is a great skill. On a one on one, you are dealing 50 more damage every second without you doing anything. That cancels 1 of my minor heals. You are also spamming 700+ damage on an unbuffed character. What more can you ask for? When we get 80, we get to take off your armor. yay! and thatll backfire cuz then youll have less than 1300 ac and then critical hit wont work.
