Okay here is how I think it is.
Cursed santa every 20 mins, - bless thing.

Then the thing respawns in a darker form every minute and you get presents from that. I've got 4 so far.

maybe they doing this so they nothing goes wrong and ppl start to moan about new bug or something , i guess u remember the last year event when it fked up some high class items prices h34r:
