Bug with NT

i got nation transfer 2 days ago, since then i cannot pick any quest... when i do try to get one, it tells me i'm already in one. and the quest log is empty
i heared it a known issue, i tried to send few c/s tickets got none answer. why does't it surprise me? <_<
anyway can anyone suggest me what should i do? that's really sucks

If you read what k2 said about NT'ing then you would have known to finish your current quest or give up your current quest before NT'ing.

it was/is in the upper right corner for months, but even still when i just nt'd i forgot to quit my quests on my dlw char. Fortunately for whatever reason they did not get bugged and i was able to complete them as human. luck i guess.
