bugged uniques question

hello fellas

I was wondering if the success right of combating accessories such as howling rooster and those ( from +3 to +4 - bugged visual ) , are less than normals .

example :

buying 3x howling roosters +3 (visual , +2) and combating them for +4 ( visual +3)

is it 100% ?

I wouldn't risk it, though probebly just a visual bug and +3 should always be 100%.

Try ask on gamersfirst forum and wait 2 weeks untill some gm awnser or see if someone else here on ko4life tested it.

You have it backwards, a 0 shows +1 visual. So visual 2 is actually a +1 not 3. But to answer your question yes +4 visual is 100%.

+2 (thats +1) so its called +1visual ? or +2visual - people should know its +1 ?

+0 for real = +1 visual / +1 for real = +2 visual / +2 for real = +3 visual / +3 for real = +4 visual, so you should be fine upgrading it I guess.
