yup even lard orcs quest is bugged atm (orc side)
just wait halloween patch to be taken away

as for ur np problem, hyunmoos quest is the best choice for 50 np per day, else go bdw if u re 58 (u shoud have few np at the end) or go to war (u don t lose exp there if u die with 0 np anyway)

Buying 500np works as designed, did that a couple of days, at least on human side.
