Can you read? I said "they're" not you. And info from my IP is still personal.

they are wrong to a certain degree but nothing against the ToS...just something wrong on a day to day common sense type wrong

Look bro. When I signed up, in my profile it asked for my city and state; now:

The personal information you provide us during registration is used for our internal purposes only.
The Company uses the information The Company collected to learn what you like in order to improve the Service.
Except as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement or as otherwise authorized by you,
The Company will not give any of your personal information to any third party without your approval.

I did not approve this in any way shape or form. She distributed my profile info without my conect. They broke the promise they made when they wrote and agrred to that ToS.

the info wasnt provided from ur registration info though...it was provided from ur ip in a means to convey to the current owner of the account where the other ip was coming from so the current owner can take actions to protect his or her account if needed
