I just want to know, is it worth it?
To stay at 69 and PK
Or are there more people in CZ then there is in RLB
Or vice-versa?

80, then make a DLW if you want Pk when one place is dead. RLB is worthless to PK in.

You can get from 69-80 in maybe 1 month of plat if you grind non-stop, probably 2 months.
In the second month of plat, you can hit 59 on a DLW too.
