"A number of users have complained about their accounts becoming blocked this morning. I looked into a few cases and noticed a trend -- it appears that many of these accounts were flagged due to their status as a result of the server crashes on Carnac West recently. I have since reversed the bulk of these blocks. The recently banned accounts should be open in about five to ten minutes. I'd like those users affected by this to try logging in when they get the chance to confirm whether or not their account is still blocked.

For those of you who remain blocked and feel it was because of this error, please list your Character Name below so that I can double-check for you. Please keep in mind this only applies to users from Carnac West who were blocked this morning between the hours of 6:00 AM and 1:30 PM PST. "
