i still need help i tryed out a tunnel proxy from USA but i still say its not aviable for my region oO if someone is there who can help me do it^^

i had the same problem but all i did was reinstalling the game and restarting comp, also try restarting ur modem

What do you tell your inet provider considering this matter?
"Hi i`m playing a retarded game etcetc ?"
Any other way to resolve this problem besides reisntalling/restarting
