Can I get my items back?

k2 support for hacked account is almost non existant

i was talking with a gm on cwest a few days ago.

basically he said that gms cant restore items... they can only look into ticket numbers and thats it, rest is up for CS.

and we know how cs works...

CS ticket as non prem user = sorry that issue does not fall under our Free2Play Terms of service. please buy prem (even when someone stole ur account they ask u to buy prem)

CS ticket as prem = sorry we do not perform item restorations

PM Gm = send ticket

Official forums = topic closed, if u insist they mute u for a month. if u rant they ip ban u til 2037.

pretty much ur only hope to get ur items back is on through PMs on a 3rd party website.

so yeah... if u lose ur stuff u might aswell quit.

PS: i was hacked WAY back (not so great items and coins) and Linus helped me... ye chances exist but its a 1% rate or so lol

Well Back when i was hacked Korlash was a GM and restored all my items. He also took the time to find out i was selling items.

Korlash restores items and accounts.

You just can't be too careful enough with things you download and stuff. Be careful because you might get hacked and with this crap customer support you won't get back a thing >.>

Ty haven't been playing since I lost everything, but imma log in for a last chance to get my items back.
And my only option is; talk to a GM, if im lucky enough i'll get my items back so keep fingers crossed for me xD
