I was curious how long it has taken any of you to get a response from Customer Service? It's been 4 days now and nothing :/
Within 24 hours my last ticket (yesterday).
first response which is the auto one takes up to 48h, next one depends of the complexity of ur request.If its item restore smthg takes ages 1 or 2 week.
Well i didn't get either of those and its been 4 days :/
it took them 5days to reply to mine, i was quite surprised tbh, thought it'd take 2 weeks or so, but "just" 5 days.
I had a fast reply from my first tickets for item restoration, now the ticket has been open for a good week now

I mean I haven't even got an automated response yet, but I guess it's cause I'm f2p lol. Patience is the game I guess.
