not if you're sure to go collect it before you give them the item, don't just take their word that they sent it
It takes some time for the user to go down to the WU office to collect the money, they can go and do that and never give you the item, at least with paypal it's instant
there's always a way to scam, but, it's rather unlikely.
the reciever cant be scammed if u collect money first... the sender can be scammed if they let u collect money first... usd via interweb = sketchy <_<
also u get the other persons info so should something go wrong u can always roll up wit a bat 2 there house if need b
theres a piece from a paper above my monitor .
the title is "how not to get scammed"
one of the tips is dont trade with people who want u to use western union...
but , if u are willing to take the chance , go ahead
noway, go to WU, take the money, and THEN, once u got money in your hands, give the item.
can a 17 year old like me receieve the money? wat information do i need to exchange with the buyer?
You need a picture ID to claim your money, usually government issued.
