can login in game but not on the site, wtf?

on my priest char i can login in game in the night basically but not on the day since on prem, but the weird thing is that i tried login in to the site one day to buy bronz prem, but when i try login to the site it says the username doesnt exist lol.. tried like 20 times and im 100% sure ive typed it right, so im just wondering if any1 else got this too? not my original char but got this one from a friend of mine so... any1 ever had this?

I WUDVE NOTICED MYSELF USING CAPS FFS, it doesnt work. it says USERNAME doesnt exist, not that invalid password.

happened to me too, still havnt figured it out, but i dont use that acc anymore. and k2 responded with o sry we cant help u cuz u dont have prem -.- so gl wit that

well what they say on previous topics are

1) check ur caps lock (done)
2) its case sensitive (done)
3) use forgot password and get new password ( DOESNT WORK AAAAAAAAARGH ) lol
4) ask gm ingame for help ( SERVERS ARE DOWN LOL )

Just send a Ticket from another account, explain the problem and provide your Payment History (of the acc u can't log). That's enough.
Obviously u need to purchase a Bronze at least, with the same CC used on the other acc, so they can verify you are the owner of both.

ehh the thing is the 2nd accont which i cant login in the site i never bought anything with usd, but i have gold prem on my main acc... i guess ill just put a CS ticket, prolly wont work -.-

the user name and password both consist of letters and numbers, no symbols like !"¤# w/e...



AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA typed a damn long ticket and all shit and then i did submit and then it was logged off coz it was too long logged in and auto logoff lolz damn that xD

You must type your password exactly the way you created, case sensitive of course. I've had this hapening on 2 accounts until i figured how the correct combination of capitals.

omfg retards i told u both username and password are ONLY LETTERS AND NUMBERS _ ISNT A LETER OR NUMBER LAST TIME I CHECKED zzt

and to parthenon, i thought i just said that case sensitivity is correct the way i put it. ive logged in the game like 500 times and i think that i cant typo it 200 times on the site zzt
