About going to support page on g1

hello guys
many of my accounts (not all) when i click support then go to game select and then choose the account nick
i click confirm or support w/e its called
it doesnot take me to the support home page... it take me to game select screen again
any opinions on resolving this ?

You have to log in then press the word "support" in the upper right hand of the screen. After that, the page will load with the games listed below again. Only this time the word "support" will be on each game instead of "website".

Press the "support" word on the game that you wish to receive help on.

Did you already select your portal name?

iam not idiot to not know all this
i already do all of this
but when i select the game and the account
it goes to game selection again

i know about your problem but i dont know how fix it some motnhs ago i have this problem but now i can use customer support whitout problems.
