Can't log with 2 pc ???

hey guy can someone pls tell me why i can't log with 2 diff pc in 2 diff characters
i can only log one and other keep getting dc before log in char.
anyone have same problem?????

you can just use a VPN aswell and log with both accounts, even if both dont have prem

hotspot shield worked fine for me until i were able to buy prem.
