Paypal cash problems with Npoints

My friend have a new account and old account and both verfity in sms system.
he payed with paypal 30-Euro's inside the new account and 5-Euro's inside his old account.
on paypal they took the money from him and he got 0NPoints in website and in game on both character... why?

it takes time to process if you have a new account i believe

anyways, he should try sending at ticket.
when he buys NPoints he suppose to get it right away after he finish the payment.

Sounds right to me. I dont have a new account so im not sure but if you say it did it on the old and new account thats strange.

yeah it can take some time also with an old account. can be like 24h or maybe little more i think but it can also take like 3-5min !

think it took , a few Hours on My Old Account aswell

I don't know. I would send a ticket because when I made purchases on my new account they showed up instantly.
