Is there any way to cancel a letter you sent to someone?

Imagine canceling letters, itl be a charge back Ingame, Send them item, they pay you, you cancel letter or sumin like that.

As I've seen today, if the person didn't open the letter in a week, both the letter AND the items/money sent will ge bone :wacko:
