cannot login to change my password...

i have some chicken accounts that I made for testing stuff, now that I decided to lvl up a char on one of them I realized that my password is a joke and decided to change it...

When I try to login into www.knightonlineworld.com nothing happens... i tried another account and I can get access to the MyKOL section.. wtf?
I'm not typing the password wrong, if I did I wouldnt be able to play :P

has any1 been in a similar situation?

I'd appreciate a little help with this

password is case sensitive...

I have MONTHS with the same problem, It used to send me a message before saying that my acc was not activated yet, but it is, this bug came out when the changed the web site design. I have spammed them a LOT of times, maybe about 30 support tickets with my 2nd account and they were trying to fix it and they couldn't.

So... dont expect it to be fixed.



Edit: The worst thing is that tha's my main account. I couldn't log in the world championship and I cant change my password anymore, I'm glad I have everythig sealed.

the whole combination using upper and lower chars... 2048-2 different combinations <-- i already checked all upper and all lower

i used to have same problem i got fixed after igot hacked and i had to use the forgot PW tool so i cpuld change it it was kind of risky for me cuz in the good old times forgot PW= no PW again and acc termination i tihnk
