cant create a clan?

is it bugged? i have the 500k but when i try to create the clan it tells me that i am unable to create a clan at this time, please come back later

i was in server 1, i had enough gold, the clan name wasnt taken, so i dont know whats wrong

any new updates on clan making being bugged because max amount of clans is reached on server? and any new updates on the bugged kingships on i believe all servers?
As it says in the first post, known bugs are all reported immediately to the developers upon confirmation. These bugs, along with a bug involving problems converting clans to royal status, have already been given to the developers prior. Results pending.

Maybe thats the reason?
