lost 41gb and eme +1

yesterday i traded my 80 mage for 41gb and eme +1
when i try to relog and take money with noob char
its told me that the account in use its was for 14 houres
account in use untill i could log in when i logd in
i saw i dont got the 41gb and the eme +1
i got the cypher ring back without the char inside
i asked the other guy that i traded with hem
he told that he didint rollback and he play on mage now
pls if any one can help me what to do pls post here.

Yah after servers were fucked up last night...one or two clannies of mine got rolled back :S

Luckily none of them made any big changes to thier accounts...

I'm very sorry for your loss but if you explain to k2 in support tickets and PM Peregrine on official forums with a good amount of screen shots...it would be your best chance of gettin ure stuff back.

In this case none of the players have anything double so none can be dupe.

Are you sure for 100% that the other guy did not get rolbacked 41gb +eme+1? :>

if i was u i'd tell the guy what happened and tell him to name change

and then write k2 that you put your char into cypher ring and it rolled back because of server restart and hopefully they'll restore it

My account was bugged for 9 hours and then i bored to try again and again and went to sleep and today i wake up and noticed that item lost. Dont know yet that did i lost more than just 8 fragment becouse its hard to remember what i traded or did before reloggin from bif.
I just did send support ticket, but if i remember right i have read from somewhere that k2 wont restore lost items or something like that. <_<
I really hope that you will get those back.
