I finaly succeed to get the validation mail : when you have done the registration and didnt receive the validation mail , click on " forgot password" then you will see on up-right corner of the windows " Didn't get your verification email? " click on the link , enter your ID and mail and u will receive it.

It works for US and EU .

doesnt matter,u got blank page but the registration as been send, so after blank page click "forgot password" "resent registration mail..."
I just made 2 account on US and 1 on EU
