consider the server up time in days or months adn calculate np requirements. this way in a new server some ppl can get cape in the first week, which would be nice to see powerfull clan. oh about cape quest its not hard to do with lots of 60's and in new servers 60 is possible in a week

nah, just the top % of clans should have capes.... like the top 5% lol... not many should have capes, it should be a big achivement.

tbh they should do it like the knight symbols

top clan = grade 0
top 10 clans = grade 1
top 20 clans = grade 2
top 30 clans = grade 3

and have better capes achievable with the higher grades

maybe some special colour for the top 10 guys etc

yep, and they should add abilities.
For exemple, clan grade 0 would be able to buy cape grade 0 and add some ac on it, or some hp (kinda like valkirie armors =) ).

no ability should be added. It should be like it is aesthetic reasons.
Why should the strong get stronger? Awards shouldnt make you stronger than someone else.

yep, and top10 would have glow armband, and top1 an "aureole" (dunno the name in english).
