GM changed it on one server to IN, not sure on whyt server tho
he did it in the past
depends if gm is lazy or not
yes they did ,RSM gayz at ronark got that necklace and gm replaced it with an IN
in ares we prefer haveing that "ultima neck" than IN, becouse maybe some day they will put stats to it, and maybe it will be so good. and if it dosnt it dosnt rly matter.

I changed it for an IN on Akara so yea you can without prob
But GM told me really that this Necklase is the best in Korean Ko so ...
