Chances after rebirth

What are the chances after rebirth +7 to +1

Then try from +1 to +3 or +4 ..?

dunno what the % of upgrade is, but its the same all the way to +21

LOL that would be LOL ppl would make their +8 shards +5 reversed and upping to +8 reversed would be easy... and from +8 to +10 very easy.
