much higher than +7 to +8....+9 to plus 10 is probably better than 50/50
and 3 +10 to unigue is 100% they way i understand it

Uniques are 100% up to +3 if I remember correctly.

I made a +10 str belt on my first try, dunno if it was luck or not though.

yeah unigues are 100% to plus 3, same for item you make unigue by compounding 3 +10 and adding bonus
