is changing ip from websites availble , and is any of you having problems with the secret answer

idk , but everytime i try the questions are not ones i chose and it will not allow me to do this any one wlse having these issues ?

Yes secret answers are definitely bugged. I have tried changing info on 4-5 accounts and all of them had some problem with the secret answers. Most would eventually take one or 2 of the answers but there is one account where none of them worked at all and I'm the only one who ever had access to the account (and still do in game).
