Char in cypher ring

Hi guys. I have a question which might seems noob or whatever but still i dont know the answer so here i am.

ATM im playing Human, if i buy a char in CR which was sealed on a orc account, is it possible for me to unseal it on my human account in someway ? Becasuse i dont know if by some magic the char willbe human when unsealed.<

nop u cant. the char need to be the same nation as ur account !

yap in the cr there is an "option" that says the nation.. u cannot unseal it on the other nation's account.
