Char Jailed and getting DC'd

So i try to log into the char , I got dc'd. I tried to log the side chars it says the main char is JAILED .
Didn't get DC after I pked last night and the sharers/owner didn't log since then .
So basically , I can't get out the c har out of jail cause of the disconnections .. What to do ? Support ticket (if there's such thing in this game ..) ?

It happened before , the huge jail bug .. did the mods helped in something ? or eventually everyone just paid off the 900kc ?
