char seal issue?

i tired to seal a character after server restart, and it failed.... any1 else getting this? i have everything right, and everything is correct (i even bought gold prem ~~) zzz any1 else having this issue?

the sealable character is on lufferson/ elmorad castle?
the sealable characted dosent have items on magic bag? (i had to remove items from magic bag that has been expired)
if ur clan leader or assistan i think u need to quit clan also

You always need to quit your clan.

no need to quit clan (when you unseal a char its still in same clan as before seal)
no need to buy any kind of premium
no need to unseal a personal item


must:

remove all items from: magic bag (if its expired with items in it, buy new 1 and empty it), all cospre items (valkyry/pathos gloves)
, all items from your character except one which must be in bottom right corner in inventory (i.e. personal item)

must seal character on SECOND server, so if u play girakon you will go to girakon2 to seal your char
must seal character with your seal number and not old password

if u did all above and still not working...send in a cs ticket

did this, and also DID all the no need things

i had the smae problem
after contacting cs they sealed it for me

i did
server 1 and 2
luferson and moradon
no items
no clan
no magic bag

couldnt seal

after 4 days they closed my ticket and it was sealed

Got raped. I told you people were having this problem yesterday too lol. They disabled hera scrolls and now I think they're disabling CR because they're trying to catch cheaters? Not sure.
