Go on your MyKOL and send a ticket with every single information about your account you can think of. Ask them to delete the character and it might work. You can also call K2's offices.

Hack the datebase , find your account , delete the char.

Give the 200m to somebody else since i not playing anymore , or just keep for you , oh but if you hack the datebase you can turn it to 21gb , or more ... :][/b]
