    Default Character Seal Scroll (CR)

    Hi, I am in need of a step by step instruciton on how to seal a character to a CR. Ex. Do I need to have the ring on the character I want to seal when I go to seal it or do I put it on another character on the same account to seal the one I want to seal? And instruction is appreciated. Ty.
