Hello deers players , yesterday when i was pking in cz saw some guys (3mages) doing cheat probably using non stop the lightning lvl33 skill and stun my party everytime , they was low lvl strange thing?

I ran into the same problem in bdw... 95% stun and cast rate was 200% faster.
