Checking banned emails

Sorry if i seem noob about this but since i couldnt find a way to do it myself, i figured i'd ask here if maybe someone else knew. I wanted to see if i could check the emails of players that were banned here, and see if it fits with one of a person that is trying to sell me something fairly cheap. Obviously its around a $500 purchase he wants via WU and that is not a risk i am willing to take without taking the proper cautionary steps, thanks in advance (if someone can help me that is)
